Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while monitoring the store.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making are required.
• Strong communication and leadership to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and exits to reduce theft opportunities.
• Identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Greet customers warmly and project a sense of control and security.
• Assist in shortage reduction training and reinforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with store leadership to maintain a secure shopping environment.
