Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Familiarity with loss prevention or asset protection concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and monitor store areas for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stand at entrances/exits, greet customers, and deter theft.
• Monitor high-risk areas to reduce shoplifting and unsafe behavior.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
