Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to monitor store environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce theft and maintain safety.
• Greet customers with a warm, confident, and energetic greeting.
• Report theft incidents and suspicious subjects to management promptly.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs.
