Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure and welcoming store environment in Albuquerque. The role focuses on preventing theft, engaging customers with a confident greeting, and supporting store leadership in loss prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, reporting suspicious activity, and assisting with shortage reduction training while upholding company standards and providing excellent customer service.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident, and energetic welcome.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress standards during shifts.
