Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft and maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm, confident, and energetic welcome.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress standards during shifts.
