Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a frontline associate to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty. You will train Associates, manage register transactions, and ensure coverage and integrity of cash controls while maintaining store standards and safety.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with strong interpersonal skills and prior retail or supervisory experience preferred. Associated discount and benefits are included with employment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to run a register and handle money.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience and loyalty.
• Trains and mentors Associates on frontline execution and policies.
• Maintains cash controls and manages change fund.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for optimal coverage.
• Maintains merchandising and frontline standards.
