Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a frontline supervisor to lead operations on the sales floor and at the registers.

You will train and mentor Associates, promote a highly satisfied customer experience, and drive loyalty through programs while ensuring policy adherence and safe, efficient store operations. The role requires flexible scheduling, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate coverage, support loss prevention, and uphold merchandising standards

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to train and provide direction to others.
• Experience as a coordinator or previous retail/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly
• Trains and mentors all Associates on Policies and Procedures
• Maintains and monitors cash controls including change fund
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks to ensure optimized coverage at frontline and sales floor
• Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention policies and procedures
• Promotes a safe environment, reporting any type of safety hazard in the store
• Other duties as assigned
