Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to hire, coach, train, recognize and evaluate staff.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and develop Package Handlers and staff.
• Ensure safety policies and FedEx procedures are followed.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with linehaul for trailer movement and tracking.
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate updates to teams.
