Qualifications

• Six months experience in a fast-paced environment and supervision, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and assigned staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, recognize and discipline staff as needed.
• Plan and organize day-to-day operations and staff assignments.
