Federal Express Corporation is seeking a frontline Operations Supervisor to support the Safety Above All Culture and oversee the daily package sortation process with an assigned staff. You will manage a team of package handlers and possibly administrative staff, ensuring compliance with FedEx policies and government regulations.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and training capabilities, with focus on safety, efficiency, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six months’ experience as package handler or similar in fast-paced environments; supervisory experience a plus.
• In lieu of experience, a certification program or 2+ years of college coursework.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and government regulations.
