Job summary

You will plan and direct staff activities, monitor performance, and champion continuous improvement while coordinating with linehaul and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in supervision of package handling or similar setting is valued.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and manage safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and assigned staff for safe sortation.
• Hire, train, coach, recognize, and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan, organize, and control daily operations and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies and governmental regulations.
• Lead meetings and communicate goals to teams clearly and regularly.
• Mentor junior supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
