Qualifications

• Ability to comply with safety and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations and staff
• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff
• Ensures safe and efficient sortation of packages
• Administers safety programs and FXG policies
• Mentors newer supervisors
• Addresses employee concerns and maintains productivity
