Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person; provide exemplary service.
• Process routine branch transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance under supervision.

• Handle cash and wire transfers per guidelines.
• Support colleagues and other departments to fulfill member requests.
