Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with service requests in person and by phone.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer per standards.
• Operate drive-through window as needed.
• Learn and apply SECU policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with basic account opening for experienced guidance.
