Job summary

SECU is looking for an Associate Member Services Representative to join our Fayetteville team. This entry-level role provides foundational branch knowledge and opportunities to learn cash handling, account origination, and member services in a cooperative environment.

You will greet members, respond to inquiries, process transactions, and balance a cash drawer while adhering to SECU policies and security procedures. Training and ongoing development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Bachelor’s, CCUE, or AA/AS via NC-CTP.
• Must complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer per standards.
• Respond to member inquiries and provide exemplary service.
• Perform routine branch duties and follow standard procedures.
• Protect member information and adhere to security guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
