CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to provide IT assistance primarily over the phone and serve as the front line for a range of business applications.

You will work in a fast-paced call-center environment, diagnose and resolve issues or escalate as needed, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions while adhering to service desk procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical support or desktop support experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced call-center environment preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve or escalate technical issues promptly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT assistance mainly over the phone as the first line of support.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CVS knowledge base and procedures.
• Deploy software using automated tools in break/fix scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
