TTEC in Austin, Texas is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our frontline team and provide exceptional support to our clients’ customers. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver prompt, professional solutions.

You’ll be trained but empowered to resolve problems on the first contact, build customer satisfaction and loyalty, and keep customers informed about new products and services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Competency using Windows.
• Well polished communication and verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
