Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training needed.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is required.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Front Office staff.
• Trains staff on job performance and standard practices.
• Handles guests’ complaints and ensures guest service quality.
