Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking an experienced Front of House Leader to oversee F&B operations in an assigned venue. You will manage a team, set objectives, monitor budgets, and ensure policies, safety, and guest service standards are met.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and a focus on training and coaching staff on service quality and compliance with health and safety regulations. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years restaurant or food service experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain non-gaming license at key employee level.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• California Responsible Beverage Service Training and Certification required upon hire.
• Prior Four or Five Diamond experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Food and Beverage Front of House operations within an assigned venue.
• Manages and coordinates team activities; monitors budgets and costs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and health/safety standards.
• Leads by example and coaches team members; addresses issues promptly.
• Visits every guest at every table during shift to ensure service quality and resolve issues.
