Job summary

Viejas Casino & Resort is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the front of the house (FOH) operations and supervise Assistant Managers and team members on an assigned shift. You will manage and coordinate team activities, establish and communicate goals, budgets, and marketing strategies, and ensure policy compliance.

You will work with chefs and supervisors to coordinate floor and kitchen activities, train staff, and ensure accurate POS accounting and revenue reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required but hospitality knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with guests and staff.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH operations and managers on assigned shifts.
• Plan, organize and distribute workload; hire and staff effectively.
• Manage POS systems and revenue reconciliation.
• Coordinate with chefs to align floor and kitchen activities.
• Ensure training, policy compliance, and adjustments for guest service.
