Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with patients.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage; experience with payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, register them, verify demographics and insurance eligibility to ensure data integrity.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and available digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and support revenue cycle performance.
• Coordinate scheduling and collaborate with PES, Billing and Clinical teams to resolve issues.
