Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering an exceptional front-office experience. You will collaborate with clinical teams and support revenue cycle performance.

You will handle registrations, explain financial responsibilities, use EMR tools, and help maintain compliance. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and a patient-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with requesting and managing customer payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographics and insurance verification.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect at time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and provider availability.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
