Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver a seamless front-office experience and ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance. You will collaborate with clinic teams and support revenue cycle performance while maintaining data integrity and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, completing registrations, communicating financial responsibilities, and assisting with scheduling and care coordination in a fast-paced outpatient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel; familiarity with EMR/EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients to deliver a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accurate demographic and insurance details.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and support revenue cycle targets.
• Coordinate with clinical and billing teams to resolve scheduling and insurance issues.
