Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, check patients in and create a memorable experience.
• Provide amazing customer service with each interaction.
• Formulate and build relationships with patients, physicians and staff.
• Schedule patients for their entire plan of care.
• Answering multi-line phone system.
• Intake of patients, demographics and insurance information, coordinating referrals and patient charts.
• Coordinate with Physical Therapists to facilitate optimum patient care and communication.
• Obtain authorizations for treatment.
• Collect patient co-pays and assist billing with balances.
• Pursue special projects and duties as assigned.
