Sports Physical Therapy - SPT is seeking a front office administrator to lead clinic front desk operations under the Clinic Director. You will greet patients, manage check-ins, and coordinate scheduling and referrals to support therapists and streamline patient care.

Ideal candidates excel in customer service, multi-tasking, and independent problem solving, with strong computer and organizational skills to maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.

• Proficient in customer service and communication.
• Independent with ability to plan, prioritize and organize workload.

Responsibilities

• All daily administrative duties.
• Greet and check patients in to create a memorable experience.
• Schedule patients and manage plan of care timelines.
• Coordinate intake, demographics, insurance, and referrals.
• Support billing with patient balances and co-pays.
