Job summary

Functional Therapy Group Physical Therapy in Bellevue is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our patient-centered team. You will greet patients, coordinate care from evaluation to discharge, answer phones, manage electronic scheduling, data entry, and maintain patient records.

This part-time role offers 30-39 hours per week with benefits, including a strong benefits package (401k, health, dental, generous PTO).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of medical front office experience.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Answer phones.
• Electronic scheduling.
• Data entry.
• Verify current personal and financial information.
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Collect, post, and deposit patient payments.
• Fax, file, and perform any other duties as assigned.
