Advantage Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab is seeking a Front Office Manager for our Redmond, WA clinic. This hands‑on leadership role oversees front desk operations, patient scheduling, and billing coordination, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

You will supervise the front desk team, verify insurance, explain benefits, and maintain HIPAA compliance while coordinating with therapists to keep schedules full and patients flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in medical front office or patient care coordination.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of insurance verification, benefits, and patient collections.
• Comfortable with EMR and practice management software; proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and medical office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients, answering phones, and managing voicemail and phone system.
• Scheduling patients and managing reminders (email/text).
• Verifying insurance benefits and explaining them to patients.
• Collecting patient payments and ensuring payments are collected.
• Overseeing waiting lists and generating front office reports.
• Mentoring Patient Care Coordinators and front desk staff; scheduling and training.
• Leading front office training to standardize processes across the clinic.
• Coordinating with therapists and clinicians to keep schedules full and patient flow smooth.
• Responding to patient questions with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance at the front desk.
• Purchasing and managing clinic supplies; keeping front desk and waiting area welcoming.
