Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to join our Front Office team. This role emphasizes leading by example, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding high service standards across front desk and night audit operations.

You will work with the Operations Manager, recruit and coach staff, and drive performance while delivering exceptional hospitality that aligns with our commitment to guest care and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar hotel position.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to engage with guests and promote quality service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and assist in overseeing the front office operation of front desk and night audit.
• Work shifts with the front desk agents and night auditors, and "lead by example" with excellent leadership skills and impeccable hospitality guest service.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing and evaluating, coaching and counseling and recognizing and rewarding front desk agents and night auditors.
• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement.
• Assist in identifying operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implementing measures to correct those deficiencies.
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
