• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to guest requests and accommodate needs to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee daily front desk operations to maximize revenues and service quality.
• Supervise the Guest Service Agents.
• Remain calm during emergencies and resolve guest issues with sound judgment.
• Ensure attendance and regular availability for front desk coverage.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
