Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front office team across hotel operations and guest services. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, optimizing room revenue, and driving staff development and engagement.

You will supervise front desk operations, night audit, and breakfast service, ensuring training and SOPs are followed, while maintaining performance metrics and a cordial, professional guest environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hotel management preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, train staff, and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule front desk, night audit, and breakfast staff; act as Manager on Duty.
• Lead the Guest Services team and maintain staffing levels.
• Ensure training, SOPs, and brand standards are followed; manage guest inquiries and issues.
