Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager for our Herndon, VA location. You will support the Operations Manager in leading the front desk team, coordinating shifts, and delivering outstanding guest service every day.

You should bring at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hotel front desk role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and assist in overseeing the front office operation of front desk and night audit.
• Lead by example with strong leadership and hospitality standards.
• Recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, coaching and recognizing front desk staff.
• Oversee service quality, guest satisfaction and financial performance of front desk operations.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
