Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks an Assistant Front Desk Manager / Operations Supervisor to help lead the front office team at our all-suite hotel in Herndon, VA. You will supervise front desk and night audit, drive guest service standards, and support daily operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar position in a hotel.
Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
Strong guest service orientation and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Operations Manager and oversee the front office operation of front desk and night audit.
Lead front desk agents and night auditors with excellent leadership and impeccable hospitality guest service.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing and evaluating, coaching and counseling and recognizing and rewarding front desk agents and night auditors.
Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement.
Assist in identifying operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implementing measures to correct those deficiencies.
Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
