Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations with integrity.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Experience using Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all duties performed by the Front Office team.
• Create and post staff schedules in a timely manner.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees with proper documentation.
• Ensure staff are at their stations on time and complete duties before shift end.
• Assist with sick calls or tardiness by arranging coverage.
• Train and monitor service levels provided to guests and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed guest service standards and Mystery Shopper benchmarks.
• Maintain supplies and ensure costs stay within budgeted targets.
• Adhere to cash and credit handling procedures.
• Maintain daily guest ledger accuracy.
