Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest service operations at our Milwaukee property. You will oversee daily Front Office activities, staff scheduling, and training to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, integrity, and effective communication with guests and team members, including coverage for night audits and flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with integrity.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Experience using Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Mansioni

• Lead Front Office operations with a high level of guest service.
• Create and post all employee schedules in a timely manner.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees with proper documentation.
• Ensure staff are at stations on time and complete duties before departure.
• Arrange coverage for sick calls or tardiness, including night audit shifts.
• Train and monitor service levels provided to guests and staff.
• Meet or exceed service levels per Mystery Shopper surveys.
• Maintain supplies and ensure expenses and labor costs meet budgets.
• Ensure cash and credit handling procedures are followed.
• Accountable for the guest ledger and its daily maintenance.
