Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for creating personal guest experiences.
• Flexible, proactive, and initiative-taking.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn and present menu and allergy information.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn the POS system.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead service education through daily line-ups and training programs.
• Evaluate restaurant service performance daily and provide feedback.
• Help meet budget focusing on cost of sales and payroll.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and regular evaluations.
• Supervise all non-supervisory staff and enforce policies.
