Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for our hotel in Miami. The role focuses on leading the front desk team, improving guest service, and ensuring seamless registration, checkout, and communications with other departments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a Front Desk role with leadership experience, strong cash handling and PMS skills, and a solid understanding of brand reward programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Front Desk experience, preferably in leadership role.
• Proficient with PMS system.
• Advanced knowledge of brand's reward program.
• Able to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Computer literacy and financial management a must.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, guest service, and telephone service while applying brand standards.
• Interview, hire, train, develop staff and ensure timely performance appraisals.
• Coordinate with departments to improve guest satisfaction and occupancy.
• Develop labor controls and schedule to optimize costs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to issues to maintain high service levels.
