Azul Hospitality seeks an experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations, guest services, and communications across the resort. You will lead the front desk team, ensure efficient check-in/check-out, and manage room inventory while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include staff training, upselling initiatives, and collaborating with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership and exceptional service mindset.

Formación

• Front desk operations and guest services experience required.
• Experience managing a hotel front desk team.
• Knowledge of guest loyalty programs preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Bachelors or higher preferred; high school diploma acceptable with experience.
