Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a front desk agent to welcome guests, manage registrations and checkouts, and handle payments with accuracy. You will coordinate with other departments, assist VIP guests, and maintain lobby operations and safety standards.

Qualifications include high school diploma, prior hospitality experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with POS systems and Windows-based software is expected. This is an on-site, full-time role in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Able to handle cash and balance cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Process registration and checkout at front desk.
• Accept payment and manage house bank.
• Answer calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and hotel knowledge.
• Log guest requests and room defects in system.
