Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager to set the tone for our Service Culture. You will lead the Front Office team, drive guest satisfaction, manage daily operations, and align with property-wide strategies to deliver memorable stays.

The role is hands-on with some admin time, requires strong communication, leadership, and a track record in hospitality. You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, safety standards, and VIP guest experiences while mentoring staff and coordinating

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred in hospitality or related field
• Experience leading front office teams in hotels or hospitality environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Front Office operations and guest check-in/check-out processes
• Lead and develop the Front Office team, conduct pre-shift meetings, review daily business
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure quality service and VIP handling
• Prepare and monitor schedules, budgeting, and staffing to meet business demands
• Promote safety, security, and adherence to cash handling procedures
