Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead daily front desk operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team across a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will oversee check-in/check-out, staffing, and room inventory while partnering with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences and a warm, welcoming atmosphere in line with Sonesta’s People People culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of Front Office, hotel operations, guest services, or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Front Desk operations, PMS systems, reservations, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office operations including Front Desk, Bell Services, and lobby experience management.
• Supervise and develop Front Desk Agents and guest services teams.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, high service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
