Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all aspects of the front office, including guest registration, bell services, concierge, business center, and reservations. You will act as MOD on duty, supervise front office staff, and coordinate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.

The role requires managing shifts, including mornings and evenings, and delivering the GUEST model to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office operations or hotel guest services.
• Ability to supervise front desk staff.
• Availability to cover morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Act independently as MOD, covering morning and evening shifts.
• Supervise front office staff including front desk, communications, uniform services and concierge.
• Oversee VIP arrivals and escort VIPs.
• Liaison with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform property rounds and handle guest-related issues.
