Sonesta is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the team delivering welcoming and seamless stays. You will manage check-in/check-out, guest requests, and lobby experience while upholding Sonesta’s People People culture.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, hospitality leadership, and strong communication. This on-site role requires flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Experience leading a small team in a hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with hotel front desk software and reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest service processes from check-in to check-out.
• Supervise and motivate front desk agents to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery professionally.
• Assist with reservations, room assignment, and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of PMS, loyalty programs, and brand standards.
