Job summary

The Garden of the Gods Resort and Club is seeking a friendly restaurant server assistant to greet guests, run food, buss tables, and maintain a clean dining room. You will help deliver room service and support front servers to ensure guests receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities include knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, taking reservations when needed, and upholding Four-Diamond standards while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum Knowledge & Skills: Requires knowledge of food and beverage items and preparation, safe handling, and service techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist servers, run food, buss tables and maintain a clean, orderly dining room.
• Ensure accurate communication of orders to cooks and timely delivery of dishes.
• Assist with room service delivery and reservations when needed.
