You will train and monitor service levels, ensure grooming standards, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience while managing payroll and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Front Office operations and maintain high guest service levels.
• Provide timely and courteous service to all guests and assist at check-in.
• Ensure shifts are covered and manage payroll and budgets.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards and train staff to follow procedures.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
