Job summary

TMC Hospitality seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, lead the team, and ensure a seamless guest experience at our Palm Springs property. You will manage check-ins/outs, coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering, and maintain accurate PMS records.

Ideal candidates bring prior hospitality and front desk supervisory experience, proficiency with PMS/POS systems, and a calm, detail‑oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality + front desk experience required.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with PMS / POS systems preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and leadership for smooth operations.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to Front Desk Agents.
• Support onsite F&B when needed and assist with retail inventory.
• Run shift and inventory reports; maintain PMS records and communications tools.
• Ensure compliance with payment, discounts, credit, and cash-handling procedures.
