Hotel Equities seeks a Guest Service & Operations Supervisor for our Palm Springs boutique hotel. You will lead the front desk, manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest requests, while ensuring payments are processed accurately and guest satisfaction stays high.

You will oversee night audit, coordinate with housekeeping and F&B when needed, support events, and train the front desk team to uphold brand standards and a calm, hands-on service approach.

Qualifications

• Boutique, independent or lifestyle hotel experience.
• Supervisory experience, night audit and rooms division a plus.
• Ability to uphold brand standards.
• Hands-on leadership and process-building mindset.
• Genuine character and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs, reservations, guest requests and payments.
• Oversee night audit, reconcile and report overnight activities.
• Review daily reports and liaise with housekeeping on room readiness and priorities.
• Step in for bar/F&B when needed and support events/programming.
• Ensure property runs to brand standards, working with GM and Brand & Experience lead.
