Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Maintain positive guest relations; provide concierge-style recommendations.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments for guest needs.
• Review arrivals, notes, alerts and special requests daily; update notes accordingly.
• Assist with fraud prevention and payment handling procedures as needed.
