Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts offers a 10-12 week Internship Program in the Orlando area, focusing on Front Office development. Shadow leaders, attend meetings, and work closely with front office associates to ensure daily success.

The program is designed to build a foundation for a long-term hospitality career. Participants will learn PMS operations, labor scheduling, and guest interaction skills while contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Recent or current graduate of a hospitality program preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office and use computer systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills adapted for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shadow leaders in the Front Office during the internship.
• Shadow each shift and position within Front Office.
• Attend department and leadership meetings.
• Learn to operate the Front Office PMS and related systems.
• Use labor management tools to schedule and control labor costs.
• Interact with customers and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Room SOPs and policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
