Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts in Greenville, SC offers a 10–12 week internship program designed to immerse you in Front Office operations. The Intern will shadow leaders, attend operational and leadership meetings, and collaborate with front office colleagues to support daily success.

This program builds a foundation for a long-term hospitality career, with exposure to PMS and other systems, labor management tools, and a focus on delivering high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Recent or current hospitality graduate preferred.
• Strong customer service and diplomacy skills.
• Able to stand and walk long shifts in Front Office.
• Proficient with computers and hotel systems.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Front Office leaders and roles across shifts.
• Attend department and leadership meetings.
• Learn PMS and hotel systems used by Front Office.
• Use labor tools to schedule and manage costs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and adherence to SOPs.
• Attend to attendance rules and regular availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
