Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is offering a 10–12 week internship program for college students to develop in hospitality, focusing on front-of-house Food & Beverage. The intern will shadow critical leaders, attend meetings, and work alongside associates and leadership to ensure daily success.

This on-site program provides hands-on experience with PMS and F&B operations, exposure to guest interactions, and a foundation for a long-term hospitality career.

Qualifications

• Recent or current graduate of a hospitality program preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform routine tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow department leaders and attend shift and leadership meetings.
• Learn operating PMS and F&B systems; assist with service delivery.
• Assist with labor scheduling and cost control.
• Interact with guests to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to SOPs and attendance requirements.
