The role includes educating patients on financial responsibilities, collecting payments, and coordinating scheduling to optimize access. Strong customer service and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume, patient-facing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and HIPAA requirements.
• Experience with insurance verification and financial clearance workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics and insurance eligibility to ensure compliance.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options; use digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling and optimize provider availability.
• Use EMR systems and dashboards to monitor metrics and support improvements.
